In practice for over 20 years, Anissa has an extensive background in all property, commercial and private client matters. She is smart, direct and effective.

Anissa has been a partner at Pitt & Moore since 2009 having previously practised in both Wellington and Auckland. 

Anissa has a client base that reflects the region’s diversity – acting for those in the wine, dairy, forestry, horticulture and agricultural industries as well as for a range of large infrastructure organisations. Anissa also advises a number of property developers who undertake a range of subdivisions of varying complexity. 

Anissa is passionate about solving her clients’ problems. She uses her detailed understanding of the law and her understanding of clients’ situations to get them where they want to be, using the most stress-free, efficient path possible.
