Marty Logan's expertise

Marty is a maritime and fisheries law specialist, as well as a commercial dispute resolution lawyer. He has a strong insurance and intellectual property law background, which he also applies to his practice.
Marty focuses on getting a result for his clients as quickly as possible without getting bogged down in process.
In his dispute resolution practice he recognises the strengths and weaknesses of the Court system and uses alternatives such as mediation and arbitration to settle disputes where appropriate.
Marty has spent the past ten years developing his maritime and fisheries law practices. His specialist knowledge and his fascination with both these areas mean he is well equipped to deal with the wide range of unique issues organisations and individuals operating in these industries face. He has built up strong relationships with lawyers overseas, enabling his clients to resolve international issues quickly and cost-effectively.
