Senior Solicitor  – Commercial

Pitt&Moore is seeking a commercial practitioner to be warmly welcomed into the Commercial Law team.
This team is currently led by a dynamic Partner and supported by a close-knit team of lawyers working together on a broad range of complex matters. You will enjoy working across a range of practice areas including business advice, business sales and purchases, contracts, commercial and company law.  
P&M applies modern technology and a solid base of capable and friendly support staff to enable you to get on with the work of being an excellent and trusted lawyer.
  
You will be:

  • NZ admitted lawyer with around 4 to 6 years PQE (but if you have a little bit more or a little bit less, we’d still love to hear from you!)
  • Experienced across a broad range of practice areas including business advice, business sales and purchases, contracts, commercial and company law and property law.
  • Demonstrate commercial nous
  • Strongly client service orientated with a genuine interest in people
  • Down to earth and collaborative

Solicitor / Senior Solicitor / Associate- Litigation

Pitt & Moore is looking for a lawyer to join our well-established and highly regarded litigation team. We are looking for a graduate to intermediate lawyer (0-7 years PQE) who enjoys variety in their files, great clients, a collegial work environment, and an excellent work/life balance. Our litigation team is supportive and inclusive, and regularly appears before the Family Court, Employment Relations Authority, District Court, High Court and Employment Court.

Relationship property, employment and civil litigation are our key practice areas. You will have experience in one or more of these areas and will be looking to develop your skills under the leadership of our experienced and friendly partners.  You will be a person that enjoys working directly with clients, have excellent oral and written communication skills and are looking to move to a role with a real opportunity for growth.
