As a rising commercial property solicitor, Adrien is efficient, goal orientated and aims to keep each transaction as stress free as possible for her clients.

Adrien joined Pitt & Moore in 2017 as part of the commercial property, development and leasing team and is expanding her core areas of practice to cover trusts and inheritance planning, while continuing to work in other areas of commercial law.

She offers pragmatic advice with a demonstrated commitment to service delivery. Her extensive skills in property law, both residential and commercial and the application of the law give her clients the confidence that results will be delivered. 

Commercial Property, Development and Leasing

Adrien has acted on several large development projects and has managed staged subdivision sales. This experience helps her to advise clients purchasing lots off the plans as she understand the subdivision process and what to look out for.

She also regularly acts on business sales and purchases and company financing, structuring and restructuring.

As a practitioner, Adrien is an effective problem solver, who can identify with each client’s main concern and ensure that she obtains the best possible results.

Of particular interest to Adrien is advising clients with ‘mom and pop’ type operations. She appreciates that these clients are often asking her to deal with matters that are of great significance to them. Her legal knowledge, friendly and personable approach inspire the ultimate trust in her solutions and advice.
