Jane has joined the Commercial team bringing extensive commercial and property experience.

Jane is a dual-qualified lawyer, admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in New Zealand and as an Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore. She is known for her analytical abilities, keen eye for detail, and practical approaches.

Before joining Pitt and Moore, Jane’s last legal role in Singapore was as a senior legal counsel at a prominent, frontier-breaking organisation, where she advised on a wide range of corporate matters, including property and land acquisitions, dispositions, buy-backs, lease management, and other commercial transactions. Her experience in a dynamic and competitive business environment sharpened her ability to navigate corporate transactions with proactiveness, agility, and precision.

In addition to her legal qualifications, Jane holds an MBA. This, combined with her extensive in-house experience, gives her a deep appreciation of the nuances of a company’s financial and strategic priorities.

Jane is dedicated to excellence and committed to providing clear, responsive, and client-tailored advice. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
