Jeremy has a proven reputation for being exceptionally reliable and trustworthy. He takes the time to get to know his clients and delivers on his commitments.
Jeremy joined Pitt & Moore in 2018, after five years lawyering in Central Otago. Though now part of the Trusts, Inheritance Planning, Estate Administration and Senior Law team, Jeremy’s background also includes residential conveyancing, commercial leasing, and acting for irrigation companies.
Jeremy sees his role as threefold: to put his clients at ease, to keep his clients informed, and to provide his clients with practical advice – irrespective of the perceived simplicity or complexity of the matter.
When Jeremy is not helping his clients achieve their goals, he tries to work on his own. These usually involve family, music, the outdoors, or some combination thereof.
Jeremy’s current clients include developers, corporations, farm operations and small to medium-size businesses, as well as private clients. Jeremy advises and supports these clients on a wide range of property matters, including sale and purchase, due diligence and analysis, and commercial leasing.
Jeremy understands the importance of clear and accurate communication, and for people to feel that they are being heard – especially when it comes to the sorts of matters that precede or follow the death of loved ones. His experience in estate-related matters ensures that he approaches his work with calm and sensitivity.
