Kiri has recently joined the team at Pitt & Moore after 7 years practising law in Christchurch.

Having worked predominately in the property and commercial space, providing solutions for property developers, property owners, business owners and first home buyers. Kiri has involvement in large scale subdivisions, building contracts, developments, body corporate matters, the purchase and sale of business, commercial leasing and due diligence for property purchasers.

Kiri is recognised for her clear communication skills and ability to listen, analyse and react to any issues presented to her. She thrives in being able to assist clients with positive and affective outcomes.

Residential Property (Buying and Selling a House)

Kiri advises on a very broad range of residential conveyancing matters, purchase and sale, refinancing, small residential boundary adjustments to large scale subdivisions, occupational right agreements, the review and preparation of easements, consent notices, encumbrances, land covenants and due diligence investigations on all property matters, including due diligence on new builds and building contracts.

Commercial Property Development and Leasing

Kiri advises on commercial property clients on the Purchase and Sale of Business’, leasing, shareholder agreements, financing, shareholder rights and liabilities and franchising.

Inheritance Planning, Estate Administration & Senior Law

Kiri advises on Trusts, Wills and personal asset protection matters. As well as Enduring Powers of Attorney and Agreements recording interfamily loans and gifts.
