Immigration Lawyer/Immigration Advisor

Pitt & Moore , a well-established, highly respected Nelson law firm has a vacancy for an experienced Immigration Lawyer/Immigration Adviser in its busy Immigration, Employment and Litigation department.

If you have the following qualifications, competencies and experience we are keen to hear from you: 

  • Law degree to Bachelor level or higher or Graduate Diploma in New Zealand Immigration Advice

  • Minimum 5 years experience providing quality, general Immigration Advice in New Zealand

Experience in the provision of Employment Law advice would be an advantage but is not a essential.

We will give consideration to any applicant who can demonstrate skills and experience to meet our criteria.

We offer market salary rates to suitably experienced candidates commensurate with a provincial firm plus a car park supplied.

Legal Clerk

Pitt & Moore, a well-established Nelson law firm has a Legal Clerk vacancy in its busy Immigration, Employment and Litigation department.

If you have the following qualifications, competencies and experience we are keen to hear from you:
 

  • Law degree to Bachelor level or higher

  • Minimum 3 years office experience preferably with some legal component to that experience

  • Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese language all to a high standard
