Martha is a Registered Legal Executive working in Pitt & Moore’s Senior Law and Succession Team specialising in estate administration and estate planning.

Working  with our clients who are executors, administrators and also for those who are trustees of ongoing estates, Martha assists with all aspects of estate administration of a deceased person’s estate. This includes applying to the High Court for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration where necessary, assisting with the estate administration processes of collecting the assets belonging to the deceased and distributing those assets according to the terms of the deceased’s Will or intestacy provisions, if the deceased died without a will.  

Martha can advise on inheritance and succession planning as well as preparation and revision of Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorneys if you don’t have these already or if you just want to update your existing documents.
