Sue is the Trusts Administrator working in Pitt & Moore’s Senior Law and Succession Team assisting with the general administration of Trusts, changes of trustees, annual reviews, processing of financial statements and gifting.

Sue has worked in the legal profession as a personal assistant all her working career in various areas of law, gaining a wide general knowledge.  She has been with Pitt & Moore for 16 years and has recently seized the opportunity to focus on Trusts Administration.

Sue works with trustees to ensure the proper administration of Trusts including meeting disclosure requirements, recording and implementing trustees’ decisions and generally assisting with and implementing processes for the smooth running of those Trusts.  She also works closely with Emma Marshall, Partner responsible for the Trusts and Estates, Senior Law and Succession Team who is an experienced Trusts lawyer, assisting with restructuring and winding up Trusts.
