Client information on AML requirements

New Zealand law requires all law firms to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act (AML/CFT Act).

This means we must verify your identity and, in some cases, the source of funds used in transactions.

While this may involve providing documentation, these requirements are designed to protect both clients and the integrity of New Zealand’s financial system.

We appreciate your cooperation and will guide you through the process.

If at any stage you have questions about our services, fees, or processes, please contact the lawyer acting for you or our office directly.
