Martha is a Registered Legal Executive in Pitt & Moore’s Senior Law and Succession Team. She works closely with clients throughout Nelson, Tasman and beyond, assisting with estate administration, inheritance planning, wills and enduring powers of attorney.
With a practical and approachable style, Martha helps clients understand their options and navigate legal processes with confidence. Martha has extensive experience assisting executors, administrators and trustees with all aspects of estate administration. She guides clients through the process of obtaining Probate and Letters of Administration, identifying and collecting estate assets, meeting legal obligations, and ultimately distributing estates efficiently and sensitively.
