Experienced Trusts Administrator, assisting Trustees with the proper administration of Trusts including meeting disclosure requirements, recording and implementing trustees’ decisions and generally assisting with and implementing processes for the smooth running of those Trusts.
Assists the Trust lawyers with formation, restructuring and winding up of Trusts, including setting up independent trustee companies.
Assists with the administration of Charitable Trusts, including submitting annual returns in the Charities Register.

Sue is the Trusts Administrator for Pitt & Moore with wide experience in the legal profession. She has spent all her working career as a legal personal assistant, gaining a wide general knowledge in various areas of law, including trusts, property and company.
Sue seized the opportunity to focus on Trust Administration in 2021 as she appreciated the personal nature of the work and wanted to assist clients to be able to manage this area of their lives.
Sue is very methodical and passionate about helping others which has led to clients appreciating the assistance she offers. She also has a good rapport with accountants and other professionals.
Trusts & inheritance planning
For existing and new clients, Sue will offer caring, professional assistance with the legal requirements of administering a Trust, including changing Trustees, annual reviews, processing Financial Statements and gifting.
