Jane is a Senior Solicitor in Pitt & Moore's Commercial team, working across a broad range of commercial and corporate matters.

Her experience includes complex commercial contracts, business acquisitions and disposals, shareholder and governance arrangements, commercial property and leasing matters, infrastructure projects and energy-related financial arrangements. Her work spans a range of industries, including energy, manufacturing, healthcare, fisheries, agriculture and other primary industries.

Before joining Pitt & Moore, Jane served as Senior Legal Counsel at a leading industrial development and infrastructure organisation in Singapore. In that role, she advised senior business leaders on large-scale commercial transactions and infrastructure projects supporting Singapore's strategic industrial and economic development priorities. Her experience included property acquisitions and disposals, industrial leasing, infrastructure development and procurement, frequently involving complex legal issues and multiple stakeholder groups with competing strategic, commercial and operational priorities. She worked closely with senior decision-makers to navigate competing interests, manage project risks and deliver outcomes in a commercially demanding and fast-paced environment. She also negotiated significant commercial arrangements with multinational corporations establishing or expanding their presence in Singapore.

Drawing on both senior in-house and private practice experience, together with an MBA and finance background, Jane understands the practical realities of implementing legal advice within a business. She brings a strong commercial perspective to complex legal matters and works to deliver solutions that are practical, commercially focused and aligned with her clients' broader objectives.

Jane is dual-qualified, having been admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
